Concargo supports The Zanokhanyo Network as part of our Social Economic Development Initiative https://www.commongood.org.za/employment/. Unemployment is the greatest challenge facing our country.

The Zanokhanyo Network is Common Good’s employment initiative. They offer transformative Work Readiness training, computer workshops and Graduate Support that empowers people who are unemployed or under-employed with the confidence, skills and resources they need to find meaningful work.

Many people who are unemployed in South Africa are also unemployable – lacking the basic hard and soft skills required to seek and secure meaningful employment. Common Good’s employment initiative, The Zanokhanyo Network, offers a transformational Work Readiness journey that serves as a bridge to opportunity by restoring dignity and hope, equipping people to realise their potential, and preparing them for the world of work.
